Parlamentares votam pela regulamentação da profissão de historiador
O Congresso analisou parte dos vetos presidenciais ontem na quarta-feira (12). Um acordo conduzido pelo líder do governo no Congresso, senador Eduardo Gomes (MDB-TO), e acatado pelos partidos, derrubou cinco vetos e manteve outros. Dentre os vetos derrubados, está o que diz respeito à profissão de historiador. Senadores e deputados decidiram a favor da regulamentação da categoria.
Dentre os vetos derrubados também está o que prorroga o prazo para utilização do Regime Especial de Tributação para Desenvolvimento da Atividade de Exibição Cinematográfica (Recine). Os deputados e senadores também derrubaram o veto ao projeto que pretendia dispensar a exigência de licitação para contratação de advogados e contadores pela administração pública. Com isso, essa dispensa fica valendo.
O Congresso também derrubou o veto parcial da lei que autoriza a prática de telemedicina. Foram dois vetos. Um desses trechos vetados, e agora derrubado, previa que, após o período da pandemia, o Conselho Federal de Medicina (CFM) regulamentaria a telemedicina.
Outro trecho da lei também vetado diz respeito à dispensa da apresentação de receita médica em meio físico e validade das receitas médicas apresentadas em suporte digital, com assinatura eletrônica ou digitalizada do profissional que realizou a prescrição.
Por outro lado, foi mantido o veto ao projeto de lei que obrigaria os motoristas autônomos de cargas a fazerem uma avaliação anual de saúde.
O acordo que definiu a derrubada de uns vetos e manutenção de outros também firmou que os vetos presidenciais ao pacote anticrime, sancionado com vetos parciais em dezembro do ano passado, serão apreciados na próxima semana.

Os parlamentares também aprovaram a proposta do Poder Executivo (PLN 17/20) que abre crédito suplementar de R$ 615,9 milhões para três ministérios.
Desse total, R$ 410 milhões servirão para ações das Forças Armadas no combate a crimes ambientais na Amazônia Legal. Segundo a justificativa do governo, o orçamento será destinado à realização da Operação de Garantia da Lei e da Ordem (GLO) na Amazônia Legal, a Operação Verde Brasil 2, que teve sua vigência foi estendida até 6 de novembro de 2020.
